Loans:

The "Loans" tab brings you to your list of loans.

This list is broken down into 3 segments:

• My Assets Out on Loan: being a list of existing or proposed loans of your assets to others within your friends network (or outside - Gold Feature ).
  
• Assets You have Borrowed: being a list of all those assets you have borrowed or propose to borrow (ie. requested to borrow).
  
• Assets Reserved for Yourself: being those assets you have booked for yourself

Booking Status

The booking status of a loan indicates whether the loan is confirmed or not and makes a difference to how the system views the loan.

• Pending: pending confirmation, this is not a loan until it is confirmed, even if the start date has gone
  
• Confirmed: these are loans that are confirmed. As soon as the start date arrives it is assumed that the asset has been loaned.

Edit Loan Details

To edit details of loan click on the title of the asset and the appropriate form will appear.

You can cancel a request, arrange early return, edit a loan and accept and decline from the appropraite detailed page.

Returns

Returns are easily processed by ticking the items out on loan and pressing the "Returned" button. Once done the loans list is updated.

Please ensure that you process the return in CYNF promptly as CYNF will continue to send reminders every 4 days via email to your friend/s.

FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions are available from the top menu under the CYNF Logo.

Navigation:

Navigation is easy in CYNF HQ by using a combination of the top tabs and the left side tabs to navigate through CYNF HQ.

• Top Tabs: selects the asset category or group
• Left Side Tabs: selects the function or information

eg. Select "Games" and "Loans" to see all applicable loans relating to Games.

Add Assets :

You can add assets at anytime.

Remember the more assets you add the more your friends can see and the more likely they are to add assets themselves.

To add additional assets click on the "Add Assets" menu item on the top of the page just under the CYNF Logo.

Invite Friends :

You can invite friends at anytime.

Remember the more friends that you add the larger your friends network becomes (especially as they add friends) and therefore the more assets that are available to borrow.

To invite friends click on the "Invite Friends" menu item on the top of the page just under the CYNF Logo and complete the e-mail form.
